2021 Veterans day parade
This year Sun Country Corvette Club was invited to participate in the 2021 annual Veteran's Day Parade. What an honor for our club to participate in the parade and to honor our Vets. Herme Sherry is a former Ms Senior Arizona Queen and the current executive director of the Cameo Foundation. She was a long time friend of Fred Lee's and JImmy Mistretta's. For years Fred always supported their organization by supplying drivers from our club for her group of Pageant Queens in parades throughout the state. With Fred & Jimmy passing last year, she called our club for support and we volunteered to drive them in this year's November 11th, Veterans Day Parade. Here is notification of a First Place Award. Club members were Richard Ferguson, Paul Gorichs, Lou Caldwell, Jim Ortner and myself.
